Those vehicles bearing valid and current license plates and bearing the official handicapped insignia and symbol on the license plate shall be exempted from the time restrictions as provided in Idaho Code 49-213. Those vehicles bearing valid and current license plates and designated "DV" only are entitled to park within a space for a period not to exceed the maximum two (2) hour time limit. Nothing herein shall authorize, except, exempt or permit any vehicle to park in a "no parking zone" or other restricted parking areas. (Ord. 824, 4-21-1986)
