The maximum time limit permitted for parking in the downtown parking zones shall be two (2) hours, three (3) hours or four (4) hours per the parking signs on the streets, and up to twenty four (24) hours in the three (3) City parking lots. The free City parking lots are designated as the ITD parking lot - West of 5th Avenue, the downtown City parking lot - on 3rd Avenue between Church and Oak Streets; and the Sand Creek parking lot - off Bridge Street across Sand Creek from downtown.
