6-2-3: DOWNTOWN LIMITED PARKING ZONE:
The "Downtown Limited Parking Zone" shall mean nonmetered zones within which the parking of vehicles shall be allowed, controlled, regulated and inspected by marking or recording methods. The Downtown Limited Parking Zone established for the purposes of this chapter and the areas where limitations apply shall be described by resolution adopted by the City Council.
