5-2-10-3: PROHIBITED DISCRIMINATORY ACTS:
The following acts are prohibited and constitute a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with Idaho Code 18-113. (Ord. 1261, 12-21-2011)
   A.   Any person who denies to any other person because of sexual orientation, gender identity/expression the right to work: 1) by refusing to hire, 2) by discharging, 3) by barring from employment, or 4) by discriminating against such person in compensation or in other terms or conditions of employment; or who denies to any other person because of sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, right to purchase, rent or lease residential or commercial property or the full enjoyment of any of the accommodations, advantages, facilities or privileges of any place of public resort, accommodation, assemblage, or amusement.    B.   Retaliation against any individual because such individual has made a charge, testified or assisted in any manner in any investigation, proceeding or hearing under this section 5-2-10.
   C.   Aiding, abetting, inciting, compelling or coercing the doing of any act declared by this section 5-2-10 to be an unlawful practice, or obstructing or preventing any person from complying with the provisions of this section 5-2-10. (Ord. 1261, 12-21-2011)
