A. It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate on public property or public right of way or on private property open to public view, except in restrooms and facilities provided for such purpose.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to look, peer or peep into, or to be found loitering around any window or aperture, within or on a building occupied as a residence or place of lodging of another with the intent of watching or looking through said window or aperture to observe any person undressed, or in an act of dressing or undressing, or with other lewd, lustful, lascivious and voyeuristic intent.
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to look, peer or peep into, or to be found loitering around any partition or divider within or about any public restroom or public dressing room with the intent of watching or looking through said partition or divider to observe any person in the act of dressing, undressing, urinating or defecating or with other lewd, lustful, lascivious and voyeuristic intent.
D. The penalty for a violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense, or by imprisonment in jail for a period not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 1183, 10-17-2007)
