Operating, playing or permitting the operation or playing of any radio, television, phonograph, drum, musical instrument, sound amplifier or similar device which produces, reproduces or amplifies sound:
A. Between the hours of five o'clock (5:00) P.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight when sound exceeds ninety five (95) dBA measured from the complainant's property boundary is prima facie evidence of a violation.
B. Between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and two o'clock (2:00) A.M. when sound exceeds eighty five (85) dBA measured from the complainant's property boundary is prima facie evidence of a violation.
C. Between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M. when sound exceeds sixty five (65) dBA measured from the complainant's property boundary is prima facie evidence of a violation. (Ord. 1333, 9-7-2016)
