A. It shall be unlawful for any person to post, paint, tack or fasten to any telephone, electric light, telegraph poles or traffic control signs in this city any advertisement, notice or sign.
B. Any person who shall stick, fasten, paste, or put upon any house, fence, wall, walk or other public or private place in this city any printed, written, painted or other advertisement, bill, notice, sign or poster, or cause the same to be done without having first obtained permission of the owner of such fence, house, wall or other structure, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
