3-13-21: EXEMPTIONS:

All transactions by the city of Sandpoint, Bonner County, Lake Pend Oreille school district, and state of Idaho otherwise subject to imposition of the municipal nonproperty tax are exempt from the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1320, 12-2-2015, eff. 1-1-2016)
