The nonproperty tax revenue derived from and collected under this chapter shall be used for the following purposes:
A. Priority one: For completion of War Memorial Field Grandstand project as designed by Sewell And Associates. If funds remain, then,
B. Priority two: To replace drainage and field surface at War Memorial Field infrastructure. If funds remain, then,
C. Priority three: For repair and replacement of War Memorial Field infrastructure. If funds remain, then,
D. Priority four: To improve parks infrastructure, such as City Beach Parking Lot and Travers Park Parking Lot.
The city will retain the actual cost of collecting and administering the tax. (Ord. 1320, 12-2-2015, eff. 1-1-2016)
