A. Whenever the ownership, nature of the business or location of any business located within the city is changed, a new license application reflecting the change shall be presented to the city clerk or a designee within ten (10) days of said change. New business license fees will apply.
B. Whenever the management of the business changes, the city clerk shall be notified, in writing, of the name of the new manager and the new manager's contact information. (Ord. 1277, 12-5-2012)
