8.90.030 Application

The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to all mobile home residential rental spaces located within the City of San Bernardino except if otherwise exempt from the provisions of this Title, as such exemptions are provided for hereinafter. Nothing in this Chapter shall be deemed to supersede any provision of California Civil Code Section 798, et seq.
