8.84.020 Failure to remove an infraction
It is unlawful for any person to knowingly fail, refuse or neglect to destroy and remove such Castor bean (Ricinus communis) plant when so ordered by the Health Officer in the manner specified in Section 8.84.010. Such failure, refusal, or neglect constitutes an infraction, which upon conviction thereof is punishable in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.12.010 of this Code.
