2.10.020 Position established - Bond
   A.   The position of Director of Finance and Management Services of the City is established. This position shall be in the unclassified service of the Civil Service.
   B.   The Director of Finance and Management Services shall be appointed by the City Manager.
   C.   The Director of Finance and Management Services shall execute and deposit a fidelity bond in the amount of ten thousand dollars prior to taking office.
