2.08.010 Treasurer Function

All duties of the City Treasurer are hereby transferred to the Department of Finance and Management Services. Upon the completion of the term of office of the elected City Treasurer holding office upon adoption of this ordinance, the City Manager shall appoint the Director of Finance and Management Services or other duly qualified person to carry out all functions of the City Treasurer.
