6.08.010 Findings
The Mayor and Common Council find that local governments are required to adopt policies for the protection of the public against rabies pursuant to the California Rabies Control Program and Health and Safety Code § 121690. In order to maintain compliance with relevant State and County requirements, the following Chapter is enacted.
