5.30.100 Appeals
In the event that any applicant or permittee desires to appeal from any order, rescission, or other ruling of the Director of Finance and Management Services, made under the provisions of this Chapter, such applicant or any other person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal such action or decision in accordance with section 8.30.030.
