All sidewalk vendors shall annually apply for renewal of their Sidewalk Vending Permit from the City's Director of Finance and Management Services prior to continuing to engage in any sidewalk vending activities. Any sidewalk vendor who currently possesses a Sidewalk Vending Permit allowing them to operate a vending operation must, upon time of renewal of their license, apply for a Sidewalk Vending Permit, supplying the information as required in section 5.30.030 of this Division.
