5.10.230 Certification from the Director of Community Development and Housing

Prior to commencing operations, a commercial cannabis business must obtain a certification from the Director of Community Development and Housing or his/her designee(s) certifying that the business is located on a site that meets all of the requirements of Title 19 of this Code.
