3.55.150 Enforcement-Citing authority

It shall be the duty of the Department of Finance and Management Services, or its authorized representatives, to enforce the provisions of this Chapter. The Director of Finance and Management Services and his or her authorized representatives are hereby authorized and empowered to issue citations and notices to appear for violations of the provisions of this Chapter.
