12.76.030 Operation of boats by permission only

It is unlawful for anyone to paddle, row, pole, or in any way launch, operate or propel a boat, canoe, raft, or any floating conveyance upon the lake situated in Seccombe Lake Park in the City except with the permission of, and subject to any regulations that may be imposed by, the Common Council.
