12.52.010 Persons authorized to use hydrants - Prohibited acts

It is unlawful for any person, except members of the Fire Department of the City, to use any fire hydrant in the City or to interfere with, tamper with or in any way molest any fire hydrant in the City except through special permission of the Fire Chief of the City and ratified by the Superintendent of the Water Department of the City.
