12.48.050 Violation of Sections 12.48.020 through 12.48.040 - Penalty
Any person violating any provision of Section 12.48.020 through 12.48.040 is guilty of an infraction, which upon conviction thereof is punishable in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.12.010 of this Code.
