12.44.120 Violation of Sections 12.44.090 through 12.44.110 - Penalty
Any person violating any provision of Sections 12.44.090 through 12.44.110 is guilty of an infraction, which upon conviction thereof is punishable in accordance with Section 1.12.010 of this Code.
