The licensee shall within 30 days after the granting of the license by the Board of Supervisors, file with the Director a performance bond, and/or other security pursuant to § 42.0528, together with evidence of insurance as required by § 42.0527. Any license granted by the Board of Supervisors pursuant to this Chapter shall not be operative until such time as the licensee satisfies the above requirements.
