§ 18.0105   Initiation of Termination Proceedings.
   County Counsel, at the request of those County officers authorized to execute and terminate agreements by § 18.0104, above, is hereby authorized to initiate any and all legal actions necessary to terminate the agreements and recover possession of the affected County realty.
