§ 18.0104   Execution and Termination of Leases, Rental Agreements, Licenses and Use Permits.
   (a)   The Real Property Manager, Real Estate Services Division, is hereby authorized to enter into and terminate on behalf of the County all County leases, rental agreements, licenses and use permits of a duration not exceeding five years and having a monthly rental or use fee not exceeding $5,000.00 for any County realty.
   (b)   The Director, Department of Airports, is hereby authorized to enter into and terminate on behalf of the County leases, rental agreements, licenses and use permits of a duration not exceeding three years and having a monthly rental or use fee not exceeding $3,000.00 for County realty located on County airports.
   (c)   The Chief, Regional Parks Division, is hereby authorized to enter into and terminate on behalf of the County leases, rental agreements, licenses and use permits of a duration not exceeding three years and having a monthly rental or use fee not exceeding $3,000.00 for County realty located on County regional parks.
