(A) Each state franchise holder or applicant for a state franchise shall file with the county a copy of all applications or notices that the state franchise holder or applicant are required to file with the California Public Utilities Commission.
(B) Unless otherwise specified in this section, all notices or other documentation that a state franchise holder is required to provide to the county under this section or the California Public Utilities Code shall be provided to both the County Administrator and the county staff person in charge of cable and telecommunications, or their successors or designees.
