§ 23.23.006 VIOLATION OF TITLE, CODE ENFORCEMENT ORDINANCE.
   Any violation of this title is unlawful and declared a public nuisance. Unless clearly inconsistent with the Subdivision Map Act or other provisions of this title, a violation of this title shall be abated, eliminated and enjoined as provided in Chapter 1.03 of this code.
