§ 153.06 VENDING ON CITY STREETS/ALLEYS OR IN CITY PARKING LOTS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, VENDING shall be defined as engaging in the sale of merchandise as one’s business or occupation or to dispose of by sale.
   (B)   Vending is not permitted on city streets or alleys or in city parking lots unless temporary closure of a specific street or alley or parking lot is approved by City Council.
