§ 153.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Any person violating § 153.02 shall be guilty of an infraction and subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

      (2)   Any violation of § 153.04 shall be deemed an infraction and the offender shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

      (3)   Any violation of § 153.05 shall be deemed an infraction and the offender shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   Any violation of the provisions of §§ 153.20 through 153.26 will be considered an infraction.
