§ 110.04 APPLICATION AND STANDARDS FOR LICENSE.

   (A)   An application shall be submitted to the city in writing, signed and sworn to by the applicant upon the most current application form furnished by the city.

   (B)   A license shall be issued only to applicants who meet the following requirements.

      (1)   License fee. The license fee identified in § 110.05 of this chapter has been paid in full.

      (2)   Compliance with building and zoning requirements. The business and premises for which the application is made are not in violation of any building and/or zoning regulations.
