For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY PARKS. All city-owned, leased and managed property used for the purpose of parks and recreation.
ISLAND PARK. The strip of land forming an island surrounded by split channels of the Salmon River within the city limits of the city (after crossing channel onto island).
