§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any act or fail to perform any requirement which is prohibited or required by §§ 92.20 through 92.29, and the violation is hereby declared to be an infraction.

   (C)   Anyone violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.40 through 92.43 shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
