§ 92.42 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS PROHIBITED.
   No owner or custodian of an animal shall fail to provide such animal with good and wholesome food and water, proper shelter and protection from the elements, veterinary care and humane care and treatment sufficient to maintain its animal in good health.
