§ 92.01 REMOVAL OF ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLES.
   Pursuant to authority provided in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 14-150a, the Zoning Enforcement Officer of the town may arrange for removal and disposition of abandoned, inoperable or unregistered motor vehicles located within the town, which are either unmoved or in violation of the applicable provisions of the town zoning regulations for 30 days after:
   (A)   Notice to the owner of the property on which such motor vehicle so remains requesting that such motor vehicle be removed or brought into compliance with the town zoning regulations; and
   (B)   Notice in a newspaper having a substantial circulation in the town.

§ 92.02 THROWING WASTE MATERIAL OR PAPER ON HIGHWAYS AND THE LIKE.
   The throwing or placing of waste material or paper in the highways of the town or in the areas adjacent thereto is prohibited.

§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Each violation of § 92.02 shall be punishable by a fine or penalty not exceeding $10.
