(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99. (B) In addition, any owner or keeper who allows his or her dog to roam at large in violation of the provisions of § 90.02, shall forfeit and pay the town a fine of $25 to be recovered by an action on § 90.02 brought in the name of the Treasurer of the town.
