(A) The owner or keeper of any dog shall be required to keep such dog on a leash or lead while within the confines of public streets, sidewalks, highways, parks and other public places and grounds within the town.
(B) Dogs found roaming at large, in violation of the provisions of this section, shall be subject to the provision of Conn. Gen. Stat. § 22-332 relating to impounding and disposition.
