§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any portion of § 71.01 shall pay a fine of $100 for each violation and shall pay and hold the town harmless for any actual damages suffered by the town as a result of such violations.
