§ 71.01 PROHIBITION OF DEPOSITING SNOW OR ICE.
   No owner of real property within the town shall deposit, or cause or allow to be deposited, any snow or ice upon any town property or right-of-way in such a manner as to interfere with proper operation of any storm drainage system, or upon the traveled portion of any town road. For purposes of this section, TRAVELED PORTION shall mean that area of any town road from which ice and snow have been plowed by the town, its employees or agents.
