§ 154.23 FIRE PROTECTION.
   Every single trailer space shall be kept free of flammable material at all times and shall be equipped with one or more portable fire extinguishers maintained in good repair for use in fighting fires. Fires shall be made in stoves or other equipment designated for that purpose and in incinerators when otherwise permissible.
