§ 153.089 FULL-DEPTH ASPHALT PAVEMENT.
   If streets are to be constructed out of FULL-DEPTH ASPHALT, an asphalt pavement in which asphalt-aggregate mixtures are used for all courses above the subgrade, careful inspection of the subgrade shall be necessary to determine pavement thicknesses. For local streets, pavements shall vary from four to six inches depending upon poor or excellent subgrade conditions. For collector streets, pavements shall vary from five to nine inches, and for arterial and industrial streets, from six to 11 inches.
