§ 153.087 STREET SURFACE COURSE.
   Upon the expiration of the established maintenance period for the base course, the surface course shall be constructed using either asphaltic concrete, bituminous mix, or Portland cement concrete. Specific material and thickness recommendations shall be determined by the Village Engineer, based upon traffic conditions.
