§ 153.086 STREET BASE COURSE.
   The developer has the option of using any of the following base courses, based upon recommendation of the Village Engineer as to soil and traffic conditions: aggregate; bituminous aggregate; asphaltic concrete; water-bound macadam; Portland cement concrete; or equally suitable base course. Thickness shall be determined by the Village Engineer, based upon the physical properties of the roadbed.
