§ 153.084 STREET WIDTH.
   Minimum street pavement widths shall conform to the standards given in § 153.056. Where pavement widths greater than those specified in § 153.065 are deemed necessary by the Village Engineer and approved by the Village Council, the village shall bear the extra cost of providing a greater than the minimum pavement width required by these regulations.
