§ 153.081 CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES AND MATERIALS.
   (A)   The subdivider shall design and construct improvements not less than the standards outlined in these regulations. The work shall be done under village supervision and inspection, and shall be completed with the time fixed as agreed upon by the Village Engineer.
   (B)   Materials shall meet the requirements and shall be in accordance with the standards of the current volume of the Construction and Material Specifications of the State Department of Transportation.
