§ 153.080 GUARANTEE FOR INSTALLATION OF IMPROVEMENTS.
   All improvements required herein shall be constructed prior to the granting of the final plat approval by the Village Planning Commission, or the subdivider shall furnish the village with the performance bond for the amount of the estimated construction cost of the ultimate installation of the improvements.
