§ 153.059 STREET INTERSECTIONS.
   The following regulations shall govern the design and layout of street intersections.
   (A)   Streets shall be designed to intersect at 90 degrees. Streets shall remain in the right angle of the intersection for 100 feet beyond the point of the intersection.
   (B) Where a proposed subdivision abuts or contains an existing or proposed arterial street, the number of intersections with the arterial shall be kept to a minimum and shall not be located less than 1,320 feet apart, measured from centerline to centerline. Intersections of local streets with local or collector streets shall not be located less than 150 feet apart; intersections of collector streets with collector streets shall not be located less than 200 feet apart, and intersections of any street with arterial streets shall be located not less than 1,320 feet apart.
   (C)   Multiple intersections involving junctions of more than two streets shall be avoided.
   (D)   Four-way intersections of local streets should be avoided and three-way or T-intersections should be encouraged wherever possible.
   (E)   The minimum pavement radius at intersections shall be 25 feet; the minimum right-of-way radius shall be 25 feet.
