§ 153.057 STREET GRADES.
   (A)   Street grades shall not exceed the following:
 
Street Classification
Grade
Arterial street
6%
Collector street
8%
Local street
8%
 
   (B)   No street grade shall be less than 0.6%, and in no case shall a street grade be more than 3% within 100 feet of an intersection.
