§ 153.055 VERTICAL ALIGNMENT.
   All changes of grade shall be connected to vertical curves of a minimum length in feet equal to 20 times the algebraic difference in the rate of grade for arterials and industrial streets, which shall be 15 times. Minimum vertical visibility shall conform to the State Department of Transportation’s regulations in effect on the dates of the approval of the preliminary plat.
