§ 153.051 CONFORMITY TO DEVELOPMENT PLANS; ZONING.
   The arrangement, character, width, and location of all primary and secondary roads shall conform with the village’s major streets plan. Streets not contained in the aforementioned plan shall conform upon the design standards of the Village Planning Commission, based upon the design standards set forth in §§ 153.052 through 153.066. In addition, no final plat of land within the area in which an existing zoning ordinance is in effect shall be approved unless it conforms with such ordinance.
